They are suitable for applications which require high-speed rotation, low vibration, and low noise as in transmissions, electric motors & generators, pumps, compressors, gear boxes, drive elevators, textile machinery, printing machinery and two wheeler axles.

Polyamide Cages..... expanding our material base

In recent years, Polyamide Cages have emerged as a good caging material due to good electrical insulation, exceptional impact strength, low expansion rate and low coefficient of friction.

Harsha is gaining expertise with this new material using state of the art equipment. The process capability is enhanced by providing well lit, dust free, airy and a clean conditioned manufacturing ambience. The process is monitored by an EPOS monitoring system.

The cages are also subjected to post treatment in-line with customer specifications such as annealing, moisturizing and cleaning/washing.
