Product Development Cell at Harsha comprises of a cross functional team and is equipped with an independent set of machines to simulate the actual manufacturing process. It also has adequate facility for measurement & testing of a product.

The development flow chart follows an iterative process while always keeping the customers requirement in sharp focus. Product Development Cell functions through a cross functional team who monitor the entire development cycle. This includes design, tooling and manufacturing.
